25 Primary 6 pupils started their adventure in Ireland on Tuesday 1st March. In Gaztelueta we think that, at this age, having the opportunity to live like Irish people for four weeks is priceless. Thanks to Rockbrook InternationalEach of them lives with an Irish family and is lucky enough to attend an Irish school as one of their own. In the schools they are always with at least one other Gaztelueta student.
The language programme has taken place in the second term for more than 20 years and has been a complete success. The students who take part, accompanied by a teacher from the school for four weeks, not only improve their English through total immersion, but also gain in maturity, autonomy and self-esteem as they adapt to new circumstances such as those they face in Dublin.
