Gaztelueta has bid farewell to the 61st graduating class (2006/2018). The programme of events was similar to that of previous years: the 2nd Baccalaureate students, the teachers who teach that year, together with other guests specially invited for the occasion, met at 10:30 am for the graduation photograph.
After the thanksgiving mass, the sports competitions took place until the snack time in the late morning. At that time, the commemorative wreath was unveiled, a long-standing tradition at the school for half a century. This was followed by lunch, with speeches at dessert. On this occasion, those present took the opportunity to congratulate Iñigo Sánchez, who was coming of age. On this occasion, his colleagues offered him a cake with a celebratory candle, which Iñigo blew out to the applause of those present. It was a very special day that marked the end of a new graduating class's time at the school.
