The school year is slowly coming to an end and we must bid it a fitting farewell.
We would like to inform you that, in order to facilitate your organisation, pupils will remain at the school all day on the 8th., until the start of the festival. To do so, your children should come to the school dressed, from the morning, with the base of the disguise which is detailed in the attached document. The accessories must be brought in on 4 June (Monday before the festival)..
Once all the performances have finished, you will be able to collect your children from their classrooms, either through the main door (Secretariat) or through the porch.
As with other school events, we will have staff on hand to organise the parking. Please note that you can make use of the areas set aside for this purpose, both in the Infants' Hall and in the other areas of the school halls. Exceptionally, you will also be able to use the bus car park once it has been vacated, from approximately 16.45 h. onwards. We therefore ask you to take advice from the staff in charge when parking your vehicles.
As in previous years, we have contracted a professional who will be recording the video of the party. If you are interested, you can order the video by sending an email to[email protected] or by calling the secretary's office at 94-463.31.22. The fee for the videos will be 13 euros and will be passed on to those families who have ordered a copy.
