We are writing to announce that on Friday, 15 October at 16:45h we will have the possibility to enjoy some time of Storytime in collaboration with the language centre Kids&Us in Algorta. Specifically, it is a baby storytelling event designed for children between 9 and 36 months old, carried out by the centre's staff. Kids&Us of Algorta, specialised in teaching the methodology of the Kids&UsWe have an excellent level of English as well as specific training in learning English from an early age.
The storytelling will take place in the Gaztelueta Children's Pavilion.
For the correct development of storytelling in English, from the centre Kids&Us of Algorta indicate that children need to be accompanied by an adult. to the storyteller in order to proceed to the best development of the storytelling, since some of the dynamics are designed for both children and parents to interact together. This will also allow you to see how to work with them.
The main features of the storytelling in English that we will be offering you are objectives:
- To familiarise the participating children with the characteristic sounds of English in a contextualised way.
- That the children attending learn short phrases in English related to the subject matter covered during the storytelling session.
- Work on understanding basic instructions in English that will be given throughout the storytelling session by Kids&Us Algorta teachers.
- Families can enjoy the experience of spending 40-45 minutes with their baby interacting in a family-type dynamic in which they will see the children enjoying themselves in English.
- Involve families in attending events in English so that children see that their parents want them to enjoy singing, dancing and interacting in English.
- It is not necessary to have any knowledge of English to enjoy this experience with your children.
