Thanks to an agreement with the Hydra sports centre, located in the Artea shopping centre, the students of the 1st Baccalaureate have enjoyed three one-hour sessions, coinciding with their normal sports class time. The three activities that have been carried out are spinning, bodypump and Hit.
This activity, carried out in the last year that they will have Physical Education as a subject at school, aims to introduce them to other ways of practising sport, so that in the future they can continue to develop physical activity.
