Year after year the families of Gaztelueta celebrate the Marian tradition of a pilgrimage in the month of May. Today, Friday, after finishing classes, our students and their families gathered at the Salve to accompany the Virgin closely and place all our intentions at her feet.
D. Fernando de Andrés, chaplain of Gaztelueta, welcomed the hundreds of people who gathered around the Virgin to celebrate the traditional family pilgrimage, which began with a prayer by all those present.
Then the youngest students of Gaztelueta made their offering of flowers and offered the Virgin the songs that they sing to her every day with great devotion. Finally, all those present prayed the rosary together, offering each of its mysteries for the intentions of Pope Francis, for the pupils and teachers of the school, for the families of all those present and for the school.
At the end, the families were able to enjoy a snack together in the school gardens on a splendid spring afternoon.
