Parents' Association (APYMA)

The Parents' Association (APYMA) collaborates with the Governing Board, with whom it meets periodically. The School Management entrusts it with specific tasks that emanate from the aims that the Association has established in its statutes.

EAmong other activities, the APYMA:

• It collaborates with the school management in the task of orienting parents on their responsibilities as the primary educators of their children.
• Stimulates the collaboration of parents with Gaztelueta in order to achieve the aims set out in its Educational Project.
• It fosters a continuous relationship between families and the centre, through personal contact between the parents or guardians of the pupils and the management and teachers of Gaztelueta.
• It helps in the organisation and development of activities that are complementary to the training of students.
  It promotes family counselling activities, lecture series, publications, etc.

Board of Directors of the Association

At each General Assembly of the Association, the Board of Directors is elected, whose mission is to energise the life of the association itself, giving space to all the projects presented by the associates. It is responsible for carrying out the approved projects and organising cultural and sporting events.
