Extracurricular Activities

They complement and enrich education, stimulate and channel creativity. We promote the arts, humanities and sport to ensure that the intellectual growth of our students is harmonious and sustainable.

Music school

2nd Infants - 4th ESO

Activity based on awakening, strengthening and developing the students' musical, intellectual, expressive and motor skills. All of this is carried out in a playful environment, which will help them to develop their musical ear.

2nd and 3rd Infant Education: Two days per week from 13:00 to 13:45 (Infants' Building / 37€ per month)
1st and 2nd Primary: Two days a week at noon. Monday to Thursday. (37€ per month)
3rd to 6th Primary: Two days a week at noon. Monday to Thursday. Drums, piano or guitar.
Secondary: Two days a week at noon. Monday to Thursday. Drums, violin, piano or guitar (53€ per month).

Ballet

2nd Infant - 2nd Primary

Our Ballet programme introduces young children to the world of dance by learning the basics of ballet in a fun and creative environment. In the classes, students from 4 to 7 years old will have fun learning the basics of ballet in a fun and creative environment.

Artistic expression

1st Primary to 2nd ESO

The aim is to stimulate the development of imagination and creativity through different plastic techniques as a form of expression. The youngest children will work with easy-to-use materials and different techniques will be used according to age.

1st Primary to 2nd ESO: Two days a week at noon. Monday to Thursday. (37€ per month)

The objective is to obtain the B1 (3rd and 4th year of ESO) and B2 (Bachillerato) diplomas.

3rd to 6th Grade Primary 

Learning a third foreign language is not a waste of time, but an investment. Learning another language enriches the social and cultural life of the individual, as language is the key to culture.

Multisport

3rd Infant - 2nd Primary

Sport initiation is a process of socialisation of the pupils aimed more at generic learning than at achieving effective practice in relation to competitive sport. The values and attitudes transmitted are those which characterise sport in its recreational and leisure aspects.

Oral expression in English

3rd Primary - 6th Primary

A different environment to that of the classroom, although it is closely related to the English subject worked on in the classroom and will serve as reinforcement. Students will be able to reinforce their oral expression in English through various activities.

Greenpower

5th Primary - 2nd Baccalaureate

The pupils work in teams to build an electric car. They learn about materials, electrical conductors, speed, friction, levers and gears, as well as developing their artistic skills in the design and drawing of the bodywork.

One day per week from 16:30 to 18:00. (37€ per month)

Chess

3rd Primary - 6th Primary

The chess project helps to develop attention span, spatial-temporal orientation, memory and logical-mathematical competence.

Greenpower

Gaztelueta Sports Club:
Football, Basketball, Handball, Athletics, Padel, Roller Hockey and Gymnastics.

School Sport

The basketball, handball and football teams of the Sports Club compete in school sports from 3rd Primary - 2nd ESO (32€ per month).

Federated Sport

The basketball, handball and football teams of the Sports Club compete in the federated categories from 3rd ESO (37€ per month).

Athletics

We have an athletics team that is compatible with other sports.

Padel

Small groups for 3rd and 4th year primary school pupils.

Roller Hockey

It improves coordination, psychomotor skills, balance, stability and at the same time it is a team sport. It is an opportunity for it to become a great experience for our students. 

We want to form a team of 3rd and 4thEP.

Sports Gymnastics

This sport helps to work on physical qualities (endurance, strength, flexibility and speed), as well as helping them to develop other skills such as strength, the desire to improve, discipline, companionship...

Mondays and Wednesdays from 16:30h to 17:30h

Accompanying families in the education of their children since 1951.

Covering all educational stages, from Kindergarten to Baccalaureate, allows us to work with each student as a whole person, developing all their intellectual aptitudes and forging a personality that will allow them to achieve their future goals.

Schools of values

We propose values through sport, combining individual effort and self-improvement with teamwork. Pupils can join the football, basketball, handball and athletics teams.
