Musical skills

Daily contact with music promotes motor and intellectual development.

The use of music

Music is an attractive resource that favours learning and, for this reason, it is worked on in all its dimensions.

In the infant stage and first cycle of primary school, songs (both nursery rhymes and popular songs), sound stories, dramatisations, etc. are proposed.

Through the organisation by corners in the classroom, the young pupils discover the "music corner", a space within the classroom, where the children can freely manipulate the musical instruments they find there, such as maracas, triangles, claves and other percussion instruments appropriate to their age.

At the Christmas Festival and the End of Year Concert the pupils show their musical and artistic skills to an enthusiastic audience.
Giving oneself to others is fundamental. That is why, from a very young age, we try to introduce them to realities other than their own.
