The President of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE) analysed the keys to the current market and underlined the importance of business in the present and future economic reality during the course of the Foundation's 35th anniversary.
The Gaztelueta Foundation, which celebrates its 35th anniversary this year, held its annual event yesterday. After the reading of the report of activities for the 2018/19 academic year by its director, Carlos Chávarri, the president, Rafael Suso, proceeded to introduce the guest, who was none other than Antonio Garamendi, President of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE).
In his speech Garamendi analysed one by one the keys to the current economic situation and how they influence and will influence our immediate future. He also outlined the challenges in the short, medium and long term, as well as the importance of having a solid business fabric in a global economy. His words were followed with particular interest by the audience given the relevance of the CEOE in current economic and political affairs.
The conference was followed by a simple cocktail reception where the attendees were able to continue chatting with the guest in a less formal atmosphere.
The Foundation would like to thank Antonio Garamendi for being kind enough to come and share your experience with us.
