Last Thursday the Infant School families had the opportunity to have the extraordinary professional experience of Toscana Viar, founder of The Health Company and nutritionist for Athletic Club de Bilbao and the Spanish national football team.
A new edition of Diálogos Gaztelueta that allowed us to receive some guidelines to improve the nutrition of the youngest members of the household and the whole family, based on advice on planning, organising menus and shopping, reading labelling and quality products.
