On Thursday 21 January, the first Gaztelueta Dialogue of the year was held, with the guest speaker being Fernando Alberca, He holds a degree in Philosophy and Arts, a Master's degree in Neuropsychology and Education, a Master's degree in Educational and Family Counselling, and a Master's degree in Educational Centre Management. In addition, Fernando is a counsellor and lecturer in Secondary Education and Teaching at the University of Cordoba.
In his speech, moderated by the Gaztelueta professor, Manu FeriaAlberca spoke to the families connected through the school Instagram account on emotions.
"We need to teach our children how to manage their emotions, because when they are well governed they bring a lot of happiness". With these words he began Fernando Alberca the Gaztelueta Dialogue. He then went on to analyse the differences between sensations, emotions and feelings, and the importance of educating emotion and reason in unison, without either undermining the other.
