All categories of the handball teams held training sessions in February in different parts of Bizkaia.
Gaztelueta hosted the training sessions of the youth teams (1st and 2nd Baccalaureate) for both boys and girls. The coaches of these teams are Rubén Martín Blanco (junior female) and Asier Otegi (junior boys), who in turn train the school's 1st year infantile team (1st year of ESO) and the school's fry (5th year EP) on a weekly basis.
In addition, for the first time, two students from the 1st year of ESO, Cosme Eléxpuru e Iñigo Menéndezhave been called up to play with the boys' national team, which trained this weekend in Urduliz. Congratulations!
We would like to thank the weekly work and the professionalism of this coaching staff that helps others to grow, and announce that next Sunday 10 February at 4pm the junior women's team will be training again in the indoor track at the sports centre. Anyone who wants to watch them train can come and enjoy this great sport, the school doors are always open.
