Every year, the school's Alumni Association organises an event for facilitate the reunion of so many former students who do not live in Bizkaia.
On this occasion, they are informed about the evolution of the school and are kept up to date on current projects and future goals.

The 2019 edition took place in the new headquarters of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra in Madrid. After celebrating Holy Mass for those who are and were part of the school and their families, a brief tour of the facilities of the clinical complex was given.
After a few words from the president, José Óscar Lecanda Garamendi, and the school's director, Imanol Goyarrola, a simple aperitif followed, the most eagerly awaited moment, where everyone was able to chat more quietly.
The Alumni Association is grateful for the closeness and affection shown by the students towards what was once their school.
