The agreement entered into force last January and may be renewed annually.
Elsa Krief, course director of the Institut Français of Bilbao, and Imanol Goyarrola on the other side, signed the document that formalises the collaboration between schools, which allows the official DELF-DALF exams to be held at the school, provided that there is a sufficient number of students.
This institution, which reports directly to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, joins the British Councilwhich also recognises the school as an official examination centre for Cambridge qualifications.
The school has recently signed several more partnership agreements with various nursery schools in Bilbao and Getxo. From now on, these centres and Gaztelueta will collaborate jointly through different means.
The school thus continues its mission to collaborate with different welfare and educational bodies in the Basque Country with the aim of improving society.
