It was held at the Navarra speed circuit, a unique route that hosts regional, national and international competitions, as well as testing top-level motor racing and motorcycling.
The Black Arrow team (3rd ESO) from the Gaztelueta team triumphed by leading the car competition and winning 2nd prize for their presentation (in English) of the project to the jury. For its part, one of the 1st ESO teams won second place in the race and the F-24, built by the 2nd ESO team, was also awarded the prize for the best bodywork.
As in previous editions (Bilbao, Las Arenas, Muskiz o Gijón) a large group of Gaztelueta families, students and teachers travelled to the circuit to support the teams and enjoy the race.
Each of the teams, consisting of drivers, mechanics, R&D and marketing specialists, presented to the jury members the technical and financial aspects of the projects they have worked on. STEAM competences during the 2018/19 academic year, in which they already have plenty of experience after doing it in the SUM Bilbao 19 y ForumTech 19, organised by the University of Deusto.
