Within the first unit of enquiry of the International Baccalaureate Knowing the past we build our futureIn the first year of Primary School, the pupils have built their own particular Ethnographic Museum.
For several weeks they have been researching how their ancestors lived. They have had the opportunity to interview the grandparents of a classmate, they have made a Venn diagram in order to analyse the games played by their ancestors and the ones they play, they have visited the ethnographic museum of Artzeniega and finally, with all they have learned, they have prepared an Ethnographic Museum made up of old objects that they have brought with them.
The families had the opportunity to visit the museum exhibition and receive explanations from their sons and daughters. We had a very pleasant time.
