Primary school participates in the 'Energy for Growth' programme

The school's programme, which promotes a healthy and balanced diet, 2nd cycle Primary pupils are taking part this week in the programme Energy to growThe aim is to promote the learning of healthy lifestyle habits among young people. Created by specialised professionals and sponsored by the EROSKI FoundationThe aim is to help raise awareness among pupils of the importance of eating a balanced diet and living a healthy lifestyle.

Along these lines, the 6th grade students have taken part in the workshop "Today we make a balanced purchase". at the Eroski supermarket in La Avanzada (Leioa). After listening to the recommendations of the specialists, they made their own shopping basket in groups. 

In addition, the 4ºEP children have made a very complete visit to the cooperative's facilities UDAPAlocal producer located in the industrial estate of Júndiz, in Álava.

Both visits were enjoyable and interesting, and reinforce the global education of pupils, who are aware of and learn about the importance of healthy eating and healthy lifestyles.
